i personally dont use any products in my hair nor do i even own a hairbrush.. but my hair is super fluffy and less greasy by the end of the day. the oils weigh down my hair. this process makes my hair keep its volume

Nope. No comb or brush. As I'm blow drying I use my fingers.

lol! i dont know why everyone is confused...
step 1 : get naked
step 2: grab shampoo bottle
step 3 put a squirt or 2 of shampoo in your palm
step 4: rub shampoo on DRY hair- on scalp and sides ..covering your roots.. rub and sing the friggen alphabet if you have to...
step 5: turn shower water on
step 6: get in tub
step 7: wash off shampoo
step 8: condition your hair.. a few drops , avoid the roots/scalp
step 9: tell me how awesome i am

Shampoo spinoff- using on dry hair
I actually remembered to try it this am. Its def not something I can do with my hair.
By 8am my hair was super flat and now at 1030 its startign to look greasy.
Back to the old way for me

This is how I need to do it.
I tried it everyday and it started to look greasy. Every other day works best for me.

i tried too.
it like clumped in one area and I couldnt distribute it all over the roots. I caved and used water.

I did rinse it out.
Then used my conditioner.

I have a very strict shower routine and this would throw it all off and not sure my OCD can handle that...
but in all seriousness, I think i'll try this tomorrow... but my hair gets greasy looking easily (i don't use any products and the smallest amount of conditioner) so not sure if it will work out.

i liked it the first few times. then i used a different shampoo and did not like it. i find i have to wash my hair more often.

Get in, get wet, shave, use coconut oil on my arms and legs, shampoo hair, condition hair, wash face, wash body, and finally re-apply coconut oil (can you tell im a fan?!)
I seriously do this the same everyday! haha I am so going to break the routine to try the dry hair shampoo though

I've been doing this for the last week and I love it! I find my hair to be less greasy! I normally wash my hair everyday because in the morning my roots like a grease ball, but since doing this my hair still looks great in the morning! I have longish (just below the shoulders) thick color treated hair with very dry ends. Thanks for sharing your secret!!
