Ladies who use Biotin vitamin supplements

I started taking Biotin last week to fix my nails & hair that have taken a huge dump lately. I started breaking out this week, all over my face & now I'm wondering if this is because of the Biotin.

Has this happened to anyone else, or am I the unlucky one?

I take it all the time and it has never made my skin breakout- sorry!
Could it be something else?

Yes! It happened to me, and if you google it, you will find out it is a fairly common side effect. Something about it making the sebaceous glands overactive? I can't remember exactly, but I had to stop them. To be fair though, I don't have great skin to begin with.

I think if you are prone to breakouts it might happen, it happened to me too

Damn it! Oh well. I had a feeling, because my face has been the best it's been in a long time. Once I started taking this, it went down hill
