Do people actually use cover letters?
I've been working in the accounting/consulting field for over 12 years and haven't used a cover letter since I started working. I also haven't seen them at all in my recruiting role at my firm. Do people still use them?

Do people actually use cover letters?
I just applied to a job recently through a company website. There was a place to upload a resume and cover letter. I only uploaded the resume and they called me the next day for an interview...
