Best Wings Recipe?
I need a good wings recipe for Sunday! I love mine super duper crispy.
Also, how many do I need? I'm be serving it along with other chips/dips/apps for about 12-15 people.

Re: Best Wings Recipe?
I would get two 3 lb bags. I usually buy the Purdue Wingettes.
Here's my recipe -
Chicken Wings I make a marinade of about 1 cup hot sauce and add a few tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce. The amount really depends on how many wings you have. I let that sit overnight and flip the container every once in a while to coat all the wings. Preheat the oven to 375°. Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with Pam. Put flour in a plastic bag and season with creole seasoning. Coat the wings in the flour mixture and shake off any excess flour. Turn them twice and cook until crispy.

Wings
I love this recipe because it's baked and they are pretty crispy. I then make a sauce with Frank's Red hot and butter.
