LIIVF Doctors/Questions

Thank you to those of you who have offered suggestions and recommendations regarding RE. I have decided to go to LIIVF and have a few questions.

1) I see they have many locations -- can I choose which one I would like to go to? Melville is super close to my house and Lake Success is very close to my work, so either of those would be ideal.

2) The website lists 8 doctors and all are covered by my insurance plan. Can anyone who is a patient at LIIVF give me a specific recommendation? The names I have been seeing most on this board are Brenner, Kenigsberg, and Pena. Do certain doctors only work at certain locations? That might narrow it down!

Blood and monitoring is done in both lake success and Melville in the am hours


All Iui or IVF is done in Melville as well

I used dr brenner who is a re in both locations- I loved his bed side manner

I used dr. Kukkonen. She works in both locations and was awesome!!!! Fm if any questions

I see Dr. Kreiner in the Melville office. He is wonderful. He helped me get pregnant with my first IVF cycle with that office (my fifth IVF cycle total) but unfortunately it ended in a miscarriage. He was really great throughout the whole process. I am very happy with the Melville office.

I used Brenner... He's in Melville and and Lake Success. It made making an appt super convenient for me, because I'm in the middle.
He's a smart doctor. Thanks to him I have DS and twins on the way.

Kreiner and Kenigsburg are both great too. I personally, did not care for Dr. Kukkonen, but other girls on here like her.

LIIVF Doctors/Questions

I used Dr. Brenner..never met any other drs that I remember and was able to do monitoring where convenient..just gave them a heads up...I have DD and another DC coming in April due to them!

I went to Brenner too - loved him....he was straight forward, nice and i always felt like he actually cared about what happened.

I went to the melville office for all monitoring - loved them there. everyone was great.

Brenner - in lake success. Weekends and procedures in Melville. He is no nonsense and doesn't sugar coat. I love him.

I just started with Keningsberg on the recommendation of a friend who had great success with him. I like him a lot.

I go to LIIVF! Dr Kreiner did my procedures for IVF. Overall I would recommend them but I felt I had to stay on top of things myself. I also think if you're assigned a good nurse that is key! Good luck to you!
