Asked for a raise
I work for a small firm. I have been there for 3 yrs now and havent had a raise. I have the responsibilites and work load of 3 ppl that they laid off. So I sucked it up being that I am a nervous nellie and asked for a bump. My supervisor said she would mention it to the bossess......its been 2 days now. When shld I approach again?

I would wait until next week, especially with the weather.
Also keep in mind that internally, significant raises are often hard to come by.
Maybe they would consider a bonus option so you could get a larger check?
