Other lean meats...
OK, I don't eat fish, I simply don't like it. Salmon is a once in a while and only when it's prepared correctly and it doesn't taste fishy... other than that, I don't eat fish. So, my problem arises with dinner. I rely on chicken, I make it a number of different ways, but still, that gets really boring. Every other week we splurge and allow ourselves steak (this Sunday we got porter house steaks and grilled them on the Weber). I need other sources of protein than chicken... I'm getting so bored!

Re: Other lean meats...
Pork tenderloin is very lean. There are other cuts of pork that are lean as well. You have to look at how the meat is marbled. Beef rib eye has a lot of marbling compared to Beef filet mignon (the tenderloin). That's why the rib eye tasted better.
As for fish, Tilapia is very mild, not as fishy tasting as salmon.

turkey, you can do ground chicken and turkey to be different than like regular chicken/turkey breasts and tenderloins.

I love bison burgers. Very lean.
I don't like tilapia much, and most of the tilapia in the US is farm raised in China, where the conditions are questionable. I would prob eat it wild caught or farm raised in the US or Canada. So I would just be careful about the origins.
I know you said you don't like fish, but how about scallops? They are super tender and not fishy tasting.
Tofu? I like it in stir fries.

Re: Other lean meats...
I get really sick of chicken too and I find some other meats a bit gamey, although my friends try and make me eat them anyway!
When I'm at the supermarket and I'm fed up with chicken, I get pork tenderloin (like someone above said) and ground turkey (someone said this too).
I sear the pork on the stove and then cook it in the slow cooker.
I make tacos with the turkey, turkey meatballs and also stuffed squash/zucchini.

Pork tenderloin!
I love this recipe:

If you can get your hands on some kangaroo, that's yummy too!

Eggs too are a good source of protein. We'll have omelettes or a frittata for dinner once in a while.
Beans also have protein, I don't make them since DH won't eat them.

Chicken, turkey, pork, duck and lamb are all good protein sources- Personally, I do not eat duck or lamb but my DH does. If you are interested in trying a non-fishy types of fish try cod or halibut both are white flaky fish without any strong fish taste. I prepare them with crushed tomatoes, olives and capers or white wine, lemon and capers. I will occasionally prepare tofu- it is a good protein source.

I don't eat eggs but I do do meatless days with lots of veggies and nuts. I should definitely keep pork (especially tenderloin) in mind, I forget about it!
