living room furniture
We are in hte market for a new couch, currently we have a sectional made by lane bought at jcpenneys for about 2K 9 years ago. Held up great for about 7+ years we have been holding out because hte kids are just brutal on furniture but now we have no choice lol...
Anyway, where did you buy your living room furniture? How long have you had it, did it hold up well? And price wise would you say it was cheap, mid range or pricey?
We dont want to spend too much bc we know the boys are still young but want something that will look nice and hold up for at least another 7 years....

Re: living room furniture
My last couches were from Ikea and the door store and were cheap and didnt hold up very long. My current couch is a leather sectional from lazyboy (paid $3200) and too new to say but it is great quality and looks like it will hold up very well to my kids.
ETA: I also have a PB couch in my playroom and that thing has been beaten up for 5yrs and is still in great shape.

Re: living room furniture
ive heard mixed reviews about raymour flanigan so i just ordered from jennifer convertibles. my mom has sofas from there that are at least 10 years old and are in amazing shape (but she doesnt have kids jumping on them). we didnt get them delivered yet but im hoping they last a while. i think the price range for sectionals with recliners was about 3k (depending how big you wanted them - smaller ones were closer to 2k).

We actually like a set from jennifer, which is what sparked my question, we are both pretty unfamiliar with them....They are having some good sales right now so we can get a full living room set (either a sectional and extra chair, or 3 piece set for under $1500 - not including tax and delivery...)

Re: living room furniture
We bought our couch and entertainment center from Raymour. They are both great. They also have the best delivery service I have ever experienced.
