For those with solar panels...
I have been getting a few quotes on purchasing solar panels. One company states there is no down payment until you receive your tax rebates. There is a set monthly payment for 12 years at 2.9% (never rises). Is it possible that my new PSEG bill will be so low after the panels are installed that between the monthly payment to the solar company ($180 or $200 depending on the panel) and my new PSEG bill, I will be paying a combined total coming close to or lower than my current PSEG bill as the company states? I am on a budget plan of 280/month currently. I can't decide if now is the right time to do this!

No, we were approached by them for a lease but we want to buy.
