Do you think this is an empire waist or a-line dress? (child's dress)
I bought this for my DC but not sure if it's too small. The waistband bow area seems up higher than the waist and I am unsure if it should be above the waist or at the waist. Does this seem a-line or empire to you? Image Attachment(s):

I think it's both. The dress is gorgeous. I would love to buy it for my niece. Where is it from?

It is long enough, which is why I was unsure if it was at the proper place on her waist.
