Whats your favorite...
I'm having my husbands 30th bday party on Saturday...20 adults a bunch of kids. It starts at 3:30.
I'm known to put together great parties and dishes so family and friends looking forward to coming, I am also a caterer but for the life of me I can't decide what to do for this.
I want to do a lot of fun items but of quality taste...no pigs in blanket, baked ziti etc.
What has been some of the best things you ever had at a party...can be finger foods or main dishes.

I made a ton of food for my DH's 30th birthday and the one dish that went completely and I kept getting so many compliments about were the buffalo chicken wing meatballs!! I had blue cheese dressing on the side for a dipping sauce.

I make a pear bruschetta topped with Gorgonzola everyone loves
baked Brie
I recently had amazing crusted chicken tenders with this honey dipping sauce (even room temp was awesome)

goat cheese and fig with drizzled truffle honey in fillo cups
super easy- tri colored pasta with grilled chicken ( cut in cubes) with sun dried tomatos and italian salad dressing. its super easy and a beautiful looking dish because its very colorful. its a safe dish that mostly everyone will eat and can be served hot or cold
you can also do flat bread pizzas-
goat cheese and arugala with honey
or a smoked mozzarela with prosciutto and drizzled honey
truffled sauce with cheese...
i made reg pizza pies one night t home with stuffed crust.. 4 diff types ( 2 pies) but u can make fla bread shaped pizza and cut them up as apps. they are fun finger foods and there are millions of diff toppings.

Ok so the party was Saturday and I Did:
Crab and Cream Cheese Dip with Crackers
Buffalo Chicken Dip with Tortilla Chips
Pears, Gorgonzola, and Candied Pecans on French bread topped with prosciutto
Rueben Egg Rolls with Thousand Island/ Hot Mustard Dipping
Crab Cake Sliders with L, T, and Chipotle Aioli
Chicken Rolls stuffed in Garlic Bread
Bourbon Pulled Pork with Blue Cheese Cloe Slaw Sliders
Baked Clams
Chicken Marsala
Salad
Homemade Mac and Cheese (friend brought kids love)
Swedish Meatballs (friend brought cause my hubby loves her recipe)
My SIL made this Cheesecake with choc chip cookies baked in that everyone raved about.
Brownies, Cupcakes, Crack Bars but with graham crackers not saltines and heath bar.
Cookies and cream cake
Rum Punch and Red Sangria pitchers
The End lol! It was great I hardly had leftovers
I tried to incorporate all my husbands favorites and he loved it.

Package of imitation crab meat chopped up small
8oz. container of temptee cream cheese
Dill Seasoning
Mix Well and refrigerate a few hours before serving
Serve with Ritz and cocktail sauce
Some people like to put cocktail sauce on top of the dip on their cracker..I like to mix 2 TB into my dip for flavor and serve that way.
