Number 11's - between eyebrows...

Do you have them?

What do you do about them if anything?

I really, really, really do not want to get botox or anything like that but they bother me and I would love an alternative to botox.

Has anyone used any type of cream.. machine etc that works on these?

I have to honestly say that I don't think any creams or anything like that really works when it comes to lines and wrinkles.
Maybe a slight improvement in the appearance but to really get them gone you will probably need botox etc.
I heard products with Retinol are the best though for that kind of thing. Maybe check into that.

Try to be more conscious of frowning and creasing your forehead, or pinching your nose. The more you do it, the worse those lines will become.
Wear sunglasses when you are outside.
Wear moisturizer with sunscreen.
Get a good moisturizer that is for crows feet or deep lines and apply it morning and night.
Apply primer under your foundation to help fill in the lines during the day. Maybelline babyskin is a good inexpensive primer. Smashbox also sells primer but get the trial size as it is a better value for the dollar than the full version.
Apply serum at night and in the morning.

Shower, serum, moisturizer (with sunscreen), brush teeth, primer, foundation, then the rest of your make up.

I do pretty much all of this...BUT I WILL be getting botox once DH and I are done having kids...won't be for a few years but I have them already and I know they're only going to get worse.

Its almost impossible to stop furrowing your brow if you've been doing it your whole life. You probably do it w/out even noticing - I know I do. My lines are there for good now, it seems. I've tried 808089 things and nothing really works. What does seem to help make them less visible, for me at least, is that I no longer use liquid/cream foundation. Powder only. It doesnt seem to emphasize them as much.

I have them and do nothing, and plan to do nothing.

We all get older and get lines/wrinkles. I'm ok with it. I think a few facial lines are a lot better than a botox face.

Try these…Harmon sells them.

I haven't tried these but they seem to get good reviews.http://www.frownies.com/deep-wrinkle-treatment.php

And if you use them, let us know if they work!

I know this is going to sound silly, but take a small piece of scotch tape and stick it where you form your wrinkles (I would only do it at home) and you will feel the tape move if you are unconsciously knitting your brows together. It will help remind you to stop doing it. i would just be mindful of your eyebrows and use a small piece of tape. I did this to be mindful of a line that I was creating horizontally on my forehead. It really worked for me.
