for those of you that 'fill-in' your eyebrows....
what's good? as far as pencils, powders... I think I need more than just 'filling in' the brows . I literally have hardly any brows! don't know what happened

I have a small dry patch where the hair wont grow- it looks like a small scar actually and I just use an eye pencil.

i use a pencil when i attempt to do it
But if i had the skills to do it well i would use the powder

i use a powder. it comes with a "stencil" that you can place over your eyebrows to help guide you. its really cool and very easy to use. my salon sells it.

I use a powder I got from Jacqueline Nicole, who worked with me on my wedding makeup. I think the secret is to use a stiff brush with the powder--a soft brush will cause it to flake off. A pencil can look too harsh and unnatural--the powder is a softer look. Use a color lighter than the brow color--I use a light brown for black brows.
