I am an AP and I hate this new evaluation system!
It is so tedious and time consuming. It is running my life. I have 20 teachers x 6 so that is 120 observations. OMG, I am only 60% done.
I know it has been hard on teachers as well.

I can imagine! Our admin then tells us that inputting the information is another 45 minutes.

And I'm sure you don't need to observe your teachers 6 times to know how they're performing.
