Speech Therapist in Commack
My son last year was in DDI for speech and behavioral problems but was let go from the program in June. I tried to have him evaluated again throught the district but they told me he would not qualify for services (he goes to a private kindergarten now). I just had him evaluated for speech today and the therapist looked at his evaluated from DDI and she said he should have never been cut from the program. After evulating him she said he has declined since DDI and he needs services ASAP (he also had some behavioral problems she noticed). Once I get her paperwork I will send that to the district to have him evaluated for speech but am looking for someone until then that takes GHI and works at night.
Any help or advice would be great.
