Cycle Day 1?
Started spotting overnight and this morning my flow is a little more, but not full (sorry if TMI). I was instructed to call on cycle day 1 to start my next IVF cycle. is that today? or wait for full flow.. or does it even matter?

If it's enough where you have to change your pad/tampon, I would consider today CD1.

It's still early in the day. Assuming it becomes full flow throughout the day, then today is CD1.
