Online, I shop mostly at Piperlime and Zappos, sometimes Shopbop. I'm looking at a few things from Boden but haven't purchased there yet.

Zappos and Net-A-Porter are my go to "shops" mainly because of their quick shipping & easy returns, plus when I do return stuff, the refund is immediate. They don't try to hang on to my cash for 10 days. 
Otherwise, I can't recall the last time I went clothes shopping in a store.  (Not for me anyway.)
I'm becoming a bit of a Zappos addict myself. I've gotten orders from them the day after ordering.
