CoQ10
I've been researching this and have found it may help with both female and male infertility. Anyone know what is the recommended dosage per day while TTC? I'm hearing conflicting things, from 200 all the way up to 800 mg per day. Thanks

My RE put me and my DH on Ubiquanol which is a better form of coq10. My DH took 400 and I believe I took 200-300 daily.
