Commack/ East Northport recommendations on local stores etc

We are finally moving to the commack/ ENPT area very soon. (ENPT zip and Commack SD).
Please recommend the following Bc we don't know where to even start!!! Lol
1. Pizza (both dine in and delivery if possible)
2. A good Diner
3. Chinese
4. General restaurants that are good in area
5. Good breakfast places to eat!
6. Bagel store
7. Landscapers (for both maintenance and design)
8. dry cleaners
9. Supermarkets
10. Nail place ( clean!!!)
11. Hair salon
12. Kids hair salon
13. Any good beaches
14. Best parks (I have a 5 year old and a NB)
15. Any nice family events coming up in the area
16. Pediatrician
17. Primary care dr

I'm sure I will think of more things but feel free to give any recommendations you might have!

Congrats!

1. Pizza (both dine in and delivery if possible) - We usually go to Three Bambinos or Paradise. There's also Anthony's Coal Fired
2. A good Diner - Candelight on Vets Hwy (by Macys)
3. Chinese - still working on finding one I really like, but so far Foo Luck has been the best I've come across
4. General restaurants that are good in area - our fav is Andrea's 25; also like Jacksons, Greek Village; Perfecto Mundo; Feed & Grain (Northport); Chop Shop (Smithtown)
5. Good breakfast places to eat! - Sweet Mama's; Scratch Kitchen & Bakery
6. Bagel store - Bagel Chalet
7. Landscapers (for both maintenance and design)
8. dry cleaners - Hom's (on Commack Rd, same shopping center as Paradise Pizza)
9. Supermarkets
10. Nail place ( clean!!!) - Essence Nail & Spa (its new - in Meat Farms shopping center on Commack Rd); also like Lavender Tips on Larkfield Rd
11. Hair salon
12. Kids hair salon
13. Any good beaches
14. Best parks (I have a 5 year old and a NB)

1. Pizza (both dine in and delivery if possible) -- not paradise (the one on vernon valley or laurel i forget which) anymore! amore if you are close enough. (which you may be based on the zip code) mario's on 5th ave.
2. A good Diner - we always went to candlelight but i heard bad things about their other diner on south shore
3. Chinese -- yu wah in larkfield plaza (across from larkfield manor)
4. General restaurants that are good in area -- been too long for me to remember
5. Good breakfast places to eat! - idk
6. Bagel store- Bagelport! on larkfield. or the one in northport on 25a but that's kinda far for you.
7. Landscapers (for both maintenance and design) - idk
8. dry cleaners - one price!! so cheap LOL this is in cedarhurst paper shopping center
9. Supermarkets - SHOP RITE IN COMMACK! for sure.
10. Nail place ( clean!!!) - Queen on larkfield down by the train station in enpt
11. Hair salon - she in ENPT
12. Kids hair salon - idk
13. Any good beaches - everyone in HS went to robert moses. so far tho !
14. Best parks (I have a 5 year old and a NB) -idk
15. Any nice family events coming up in the area - cow harbor day! northport in sept. get the funbook from newsday if you can

Like the town of northport on Facebook they posted all the events for the summer.

1. Pizza: Pizza D'lusso in the NYSC shopping center (the BEST sauce ever)

2. A good Diner: Candlelight is the most popular.

3. Chinese: Foo Luck is good take out. If you're looking for a good Chinese eat in reasturant there is Precious on Larkfield Rd across from Larkfied Manor

4. General restaurants that are good in area: Nisen and Yokohama for sushi, Andrea 25, Jackson Hall and Ciao Baby. There's also a bunch of chain resturants like Miller Ale House, Outback, Chillis, Ruby Tuesdays near by

5. Good breakfast places to eat!: Bagel Chalet

6. Bagel store: Bagel Chalet

9. Supermarkets- Stop and Shop in East Northport, and Shoprite in Commack.

10. Nail place: Lavender Tips

11. Hair salon: Cactus Salson in Commack

13. Any good beaches: Sunken Meadow State Park is nearby, and well as a local town beach in Northport called Crab Meadow.

14. Best parks (I have a 5 year old and a NB) we go to the one off cuba hill road and elwood, one off townline road.
15. Any nice family events coming up in the area Fair at St anthonys and Firemans Fair at ENPT

2. A good Diner-Oh man, there is a great one on commack road, right by the LIE. I think it's Premier.

4. General restaurants that are good in area-Not a restaurant but Hummel Bakery!

13. Any good beaches-I loooove Crab Meadow. It's a town beach but it's perfect for kids.

15. Any nice family events coming up in the area-there will be tons of firemans fairs, a pickle festival in greenlawn, and in late sept. is cow harbor day in northport.

4. It's $$$$ but Maroni's in Northport village is SO worth the trip if you want a very memorable meal.
5. It's a little pricy for what it is but Sweet Mama's, also Maureen's Kitchen (well that's in Smithtown) is cute, food is good. I keep saying I want to try Cook's Scratch Kitchen but I haven't yet. Did have an amazing croughnut (spelling?) from there though
9. Shop Rite in Commack. Love it. Also the new North Shore Farms
14. Sunken Meadow has a nice park. Also Hoytt Farm in Commack is really cool. They have a small spray park then there is a small farm also that has chickens, sheep, goats, rabbits, pigs, etc. It's up a dirt path hidden it the woods, you'd probably need to ask someone how to find it since there aren't really any signs.
15. In the summer Northport village has family evenings on Tuesdays, or so I've heard. We have yet to go.
