Counter top cost

How much did you pay per square foot for your granite or quartz counter top and where did you buy it ?

We went through Lowe's (we did a complete gut & remodel and Lowe's took care of our entire remodel). I think we paid about $80 per square foot, it came to about $3500-$4000 for our space.

ETA : that price included all the edging options we wanted and installation.

Nope, that's granite - it's called Carolina Summer. We made sure to go in and VIEW OUR SLAB.... that's REALLY important, especially with granite because there can be so many variations.

And thanks! This has been almost a year and a half long project including knocking down a wall and so much more. I'll be posting before and afters in the next few days, but it's taken blood, sweat and tears on our part (literally, all 3). I designed it myself with the kitchen designers at Lowe's, we have limited space so we really needed to make the best of what we had.
