I made a huge batch of ziti but I baked it already. It it okay to freeze when baked already? I never froze ziti before.
Thanks

I don't like pasta that's been cooked then frozen. It tends to be very mushy when you re-cook it. The pasta absorbs too much water.
Anytime I've frozen pasta I freeze it pre-baked and with no sauce. (stuffed shells, manicotti, etc) I don't freeze baked ziti.
