Menu Thread 6.15.14
Sat: Celebrated fathers day - ribs, chicken, shrimp, homemade coleslaw and homemade 3 bean salad and homemade blondie brownies
Sun: turkey patties with baby carrots, baked potato and kale chips
Mon: hot dogs, beans and rice
Tues: skinny taste chicken stuffed with feta and spinach and ricotta
Wed: leftovers and vegan eggplant meatballs
Thurs: tofu stir fry with rice
Fri: spinach lasagna roll ups
Sat: buffalo chicken burgers
quinoa bake after I get some spices and mozzarella

Sat: had some friends over for a BBQ
Sun: grilling up some soy dogs, have some cole slaw and macaroni salad leftover...also grilling up some watermelon
Mon: TJ's harvest grain blend with zucchini, eggplant, and tomatoes added in.
Tue: hosting a late "father's day" for his dad...eggplant parmesan, pasta with cherry tomatoes, basil and olive oil, salad
Wed: something quick; I will be getting home late.
Thu: Leftovers from Tuesday, I guess?
Fri: our 4-year wedding anniversary :) don't know what we're doing yet..

Sat: Chicken Piccata w/Linguine and Bread
Sun: Hosted a Father's Day Party. Steak and Chicken Fajitas (BBQ-ed) w/Guacamole, Cheese, Salsa, and Rice. Made a few Dips with a Vegetable Platter and Caprese Salad for Appetizers. Made Cheesecake and Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies for Dessert.
Mon: Baked Flounder with Mixed Greens Salad
Tues: Chicken Wonton Soup
Wed: Chicken with Olive Hummus, a Cucumber/Tomato/Parsley Salad and Pita Bread
Thurs: Grilling Burgers
Fri: Ravioli, Kielbasa for DH, and Garlic Bread

Mon- English muffin pizzas and salad
Tues- Turkey tacos with all the fixings
Wed- Crockpot chicken chili with cornbread
Thurs- leftover tacos
Fri- leftover chili
Sat- Turkey burgers, rice with broccoli and carrots
Sun- Out at a graduation party

Sunday: Father's Day BBQ - burgers, hot dogs, ribs, chicken kebobs, sausage & peppers, broccoli salad, potato salad, tortellini salad.
Monday: Grilled chicken bruschetta
Tuesday: Grilled shrimp with stir-fried cherry tomatoes, onions and broccoli
Wednesday: Broccoli rabe turkey burgers
Thursday: Salad with grilled chicken
Friday: Low-carb stuffed peppers
Saturday: Grabbing something to eat in the ciity before the Billy Joel concert.

This week DH and I Will be cleansing starting Monday, so this Menu is for DS and SS:
Sunday: BBQ at my sisters - Ribs, Pasta and Sangria
Monday: Leftovers for DS at my sisters (working tonight)
Tuesday: Grilled cheese, Trader Joes Tomato Soup
Wednesday: Turkey Sausage and Pasta in spaghetti Sauce
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Sandwiches - Turkey/Ham and cheese or PB&J with fruit
Saturday: DS's recital, maybe the Oven Make and Bake pizza for each of the kids to make their own (have my nieces as well). Cupcakes or go out for Ice Cream

Sunday- Pork Belly Porchetta with Yorkshire puddings and gravy
Monday- Porchetta Sandwiches
Tuesday- Chicken Tandoori on the BBQ with a side chick pea salad
Wednesday- Japanese "Tapas" night Homemade shrimp gyoza, pork gyoza, and rare seared tuna with a wasabi mayo
Thursday- Skinny Taste grilled flank Steak with corn on the cob
Friday- Salmon or chicken burgers, haven't decided yet.
