Help...need lunch menu ideas for tomorrow!
This was a last minute thing - I just found out today...I am having guests arrive early tomorrow so need to prepare lunch - three adults and two kids..any ideas of something quick and easy I can buy or prep in the morning that wont require much work when they are here? It does not have to be fancy but not PB & J either

Help...need lunch menu ideas for tomorrow!
I would probably take the easy out and just grab some cold cuts and salads. Maybe make some dip or hummus to put out with veggies and make a pasta salad so you have a few things homemade.

ITA. Grab a bunch of cold cuts, some rolls, mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato etc. Everyone can make their own sandwiches.
As sides you could do a quick tortellini salad, spinach dip in a bread bowl, guacamole with chips and/or mozzarella ball and cherry tomato skewers.

Thank you SO much...you have made me realize I can do this and they will be fed and I can strop stressing and pick up things in the morning
