Sorry I've been MIA . . .
I've just been in a bit of a funk. I hope all is well with everyone. I've had you all in my thoughts, even if I've been delinquent about posting.
Nothing new to report here. We're going to give IVF one more shot in August. So, unfortunately, that means no summer vacay for us. We're OOP, so every spare dime is going towards meds and doctors. Each step of this process has made me realize that the doctors and drug companies have quite a racket going on. Nobody in my field would get paid, much less get those rates, with such a measly likelihood of success.
In the meantime, I'm still trying to get rid of the weight that I gained from the last round and trying not to lose my mind with everyone around me talking about how excited they are about their pregnancies.

Hi there, I was wondering how you are doing. So sorry to hear it has been tough - it is a s*** road. I agree with you on the "racket business". Having to self pay every step makes you shake your head at the fact that you literally give away tons of money with no guarantee. It's some game alright. There are no guarantees. Best you can do is make a clear headed decision and have no regrets either way.
Good luck in your upcoming IVF - I hope it works out for you.
