I also used Dr. Kenigsberg. And we were dealing with MFI- high count, low mobility, and form. We did transferred 2 with ICSI. I had none to freeze. 1st IVF- I have a beautiful 13mo daughter. Good luck!

The age old question -- single vs. multiple embryo transfer!?!?
for my IVF with NO kids, I transferred 2. one turned out to be blighted ovum, the other is my now 3-year-old. If you asked me then i would almost always say two. but being that you have coverage for more than one cycle and that the issue doesnt appear to be your immune system since its MFI, as long as quality of embryos is good one is worth a shot if you really are unsure about twins. now that i have a child im not sure what i would do if we decided to do IVF again...based on my experience of transferring 2 and getting one baby, i still like to think two, but i also cant imagine how much different life would be now with twins. i think when you know what its like to be a parent to one the reality of twins seems scarier than the desperation to be pregnant and have another child. all that being said, if it was my first time cycling with no children, id prob still go with 2. good luck either way!
