Warranty for new washer?
We are buying a new washing machine and I'm debating about purchasing the warranty. The washer is on sale for $599 and the 10yr warranty is $300, which puts us over what I want to spend. Would you purchase the warranty?

Warranty for new washer?
I have no luck with any type of appliance and I am superstitious so if they offer a warranty I always get it. Any time I don't the stupid thing breaks and I kick myself for not getting it.

I've purchased warranties on all our appliances in our current home - as we think it's our "forever" home….so may as well invest in it. That said, in 3.5 years, I've had multiple service calls on my washer, dryer, fridge and freezer. So glad I protected my units.
I was able to knock money off all purchases by committing to the warranties as part of the sale.
