Management/HR People- hiring questions.?
If i had to rank in order it would be A, C, B. I would higher B with great hesitation due to consistent job hopping, not handling things on her own and being young. Seems like she would slack off. I would hire A, however, PRIOR to offering her employment I would call her as a business call and discuss an employee supervisor relationship or have her come in to do some role play so you can feel out her responses. I feel like with C- you would come into a lot of head butting...and that can just be annoying!!!
best of luck!

Re: Management/HR People- hiring questions.?
That's tough.
Keep in mind though that with the last candidate, it could've just been anxiety during the interview, not necessarily that she was talking over you.
And while she may appear overqualified, she may be looking for less stress or something like better benefits. I also would respect the fact that she would do the right thing and give her current employer notice.
Younger people it also could be a nervousness thing too lacking self-confidence to make decisions.
They tend to gain it with time. There are ways you can work on this.
I also feel younger employees are easier to mold, and you are giving them an opportunity.
Honestly, I'd be more nervous about hiring family or someone I knew from my personal (not professional) life because of the direction that could potentially take off in.
