Cheapest place to buy formula
I'd like to stay with the ready to feed since its so much easier to make up bottles than the powdered (I have to boil the water) but its a bit pricey. Any suggestions on where to buy it for less than the grocery store?

Re: Cheapest place to buy formula
I always went to Genovese ( Now Eckerd) between the baby club care card 10% off and once a month or once every few months they would gave a great coupon in the flier for formula.. I used to go and STOCK up on both coupons and formula! lol ( if they are out of stock they will give you a raincheck that doesn't expire- we took advantage of that ALOT)
It saved us a small fortune! HTH!

Re: Cheapest place to buy formula
I shopped around and I found that Babies R Us was the cheapest.
The wholesale clubs like Sam's or Costco only sell the powered stuff (at least the ones in Chicago).

I always get mine at Babies R Us.
Not to change the subject entirely....but someone in my husband's family told me that I was spoiled because I only use the ready to feed formula and not the powered....whatever.

Re: Cheapest place to buy formula
Target! They have Similac on sale right now! 4.95 for the Ready to feed. They have very similar prices to Babies R Us.

Re: Cheapest place to buy formula
I have found BRU is the cheapest for SImilac. The Target in Levitown has Similac Advanced on sale for $4.75 a bottle now, but a case of Similac Advanced at BRU works out to a little over $4.50 per bottle.

Re: Cheapest place to buy formula
I bought powdered from Sams club/BJs/Costco... You may want to see if they have the ready-to-feed there as well... When I did buy ready to feed, I always bought it at Stop & Shop.. But that was 2 years ago.. Good Luck!

Re: Cheapest place to buy formula
The best price I've found so far is at BRU (for enfamil). I haven't looked at BJ's yet though. Not sure what brands they carry or if they have ready-to-feed or not.

Re: Cheapest place to buy formula
I started researching and Costco is 29.00 for a 6pk of Similac Advance ready to feed....it works out like $5.00...that doesn't sound like a great deal

That's about right. I bought a couple of cases there and then found it on sale for less at CVS of all places! So far BRU has had the best prices I found.

Re: Cheapest place to buy formula
I buy it at Babies R Us or my local King Kullen - the price per bottle (I only use ready to use too!) is the same. I am on Alimentum.
