Going out at night - Long Beach area
Spinoff to my NYC post - these friends are staying in Long Beach and we want to go out drinking one night (I am thinking either next Thursday or Friday). They are staying at the Allegria, anything worth checking out within walking distance? We would rather not drive. Also, what is parking like by the hotel? Thanks!!

Going out at night - Long Beach area
Allegria has a nice bar but drinks get pricey. If you walk up to Park Ave, there is Sutton Place, Lola's, and many other restaurants/bars. Many places should be about a 10-15 walk.
Parking by the hotel will vary depending when they arrive. Since it is on the boardwalk on a nice weekend spots will be hard to find but after 4 it should be easier. During the week parking should be easier.

Thanks! I told them to check out Lola's for lunch, I didn't even think of drinks there.
They won't have a car, I was thinking more for myself (meeting them there at 6pm or so on a Thursday).

Also, on Park Ave there is bar/restaurant called The Park. good fun, good drinks.
