Menu Thread - 7.27.14
Sunday- Homemade pizza and oven baked fries
Monday- Grilled flank steak pinwheels with spinach and provolone, mashed potatoes and asparagus.
Tuesday- Going out for mom's birthday
Wednesday- Stir fry shrimp and spinach
Thursday- Turkey burgers and baked potatoes
Friday- Grilled chicken topped with spinach, tomato and mozzarella, served over brown rice
Saturday- Graduation party

Friday- Ravioli in Marinara & Garlic Bread

Sun- black beans, corn, peppers, onions and mango salsa over rice
Mon- mushroom meatballs (from fairway) with spaghetti and tomato sauce
Tues- TJ gyoza with peppers and onions
Wed- lentil sloppy joes and potatoes
Thur- leftovers
Fri- dinner out
Sat- dinner out

Sunday: Went fishing this morning and it was AWFUL -the waves were ridiculous. Cooking plans went out the window and we ordered a pizza.
Monday: Grilled Cheesy Buffalo Chicken and an Asparagus Salad.
Tuesday: Breakfast for dinner - making French Toast Kabobs and a Fruit Salad.
Wednesday: Caprese Pasta and salad with grilled chicken.
Thursday: Eating with my parents.
Friday: Nephews Birthday Party.
Saturday: Block Party - making a cold tortellini salad and trying out a Pinterest recipe for beach-themed cupcakes.

Monday-Home Cooked Bar Food hot wings, potato skins, sweet potato fries
Tuesday- going to six flags so something there

Sunday - grilled steak over carmelized onions, parmesan cheese, arugula and grill corn on the cob
Monday - chicken and portobelllo mushroom fajitas with peppers and onions / grilled brussel sprouts
Tuesday - out
Wednesday - loaded baked sweet potatoes with black beans, salsa, mexican cheese, sour cream
Thursday - leftovers
Friday - homemade whole wheat pizza with sauteed zucchini on side

Monday: Out at the local beer garden
Tuesday: Grilled Shrimp Tikka with grilled veggies
Wednesday: My homemade cheese ravioli with sauce and a side salad
Thursday: Mediterranean Pork Chops with veggies
Friday: Out with friends I think. If not I'm going to do that Caprese Quinoa Bake
Saturday: Spicy Black Bean Tacos

I tried the Quinoa Caprese Bake and it was boring and bland!
What did I do wrong? I used fresh mozzarella and balsamic I picked up in Modena.

I'm sorry to hear that...I don't think you did anything wrong. I've made it three times but I never follow recipes 100%. I put extra garlic and basil in mine and I added chopped onions to the quinoa mix. I'm also very generous with the salt and pepper.
