Re: Those who have/had morning sickness
Well I am not even sure how many weeks I am just yet (I know, that does sound ridiculous ... but I could be anywhere from 5 weeks to 7/8 weeks, depending on which pregnancy calculator I use )
But I will say that I am ALREADY getting morning sickness ALL day long.. Last night was particularly awful, just walking from my office to the train and then home was an adventure
I will say that today I have been doing the "salty" trick and so far, it HAS been helping a lot with my nausea .

Re: Those who have/had morning sickness
I had it on and off for the first few weeks - the all day, 24-hour, feels like a permanent hangover, dry-heaving in the toilet at 3am every night, didn't kick in until about week 9, and unfortunately, for me, lasted until about 16 weeks... but, take it as a good sign that the hormones are working, and I promise, eventually, you'll forget how bad it was!

Re: Those who have/had morning sickness
I had it from the first week I found out I was pregnant until the second trimester. I had it all day. It was terrible. I tried everything from crackers, to peppermints, ginger ale, lemon drops, but nothing worked. I hope you feel better soon.
I also went through a phase where hawaiian punch and gatorade made me feel a little bit better.

Re: Those who have/had morning sickness
Mine started last week (week 7) but has since gotten worse this week. Last night for the first time I woke up in the middle of night from it.

Re: Those who have/had morning sickness
On and off all day long.. It started in the 4th week +or- a little....
My Dr. told me anything Raspberry, or ginger was good.. I am addicted to Snapple Raspberry Iced Tea... Ginger ale makes me more ill... Go figure..
Crackers and Cinnamon Life settle my stomach best. Good Luck!

Re: Those who have/had morning sickness
Mine started from 7 weeks and it went all day long. I tried all of those tricks ginger, crackers before you get out of bed. NOTHING like that helped. I bought the sea bands and they did help. You wear them on your wrists and they help a bit. You just have to ride it out and trust me it will get easier and YOU will get stronger from it... I even said that I didn't think it was that bad and I was crying to my mom during these sick days saying I couldn't do it I wasn't strong enough. Now Im 19 weeks and just coming out of it.. GOOD LUCK
