Botox for under eye bag??
I'm 38 going on 39 and my skin is sagging and loose under there, not really puffy but noticeable. My mom works with someone who's turning 40 in Sept. who just got it done but at a laser treatment place. She looks awesome, and she doesn't have to re-do it anytime soon unlike botox. I'm so Jelly, I'd do it in a minute if i could

Re: Botox for under eye bag??
If it is puffy, chances are those are fat deposits. I would go to a plastic surgeon and see what they say. Like the PP said, you may be able to have some sort of laser done to help with it.

What about for Over the Eye sagging? Anyone know what you do for that?
I have been lucky so far. 37 no grays, no real wrinkles to speak of. But man, my eye lids are getting droopy and that's where you see my age. I HATE IT! I know there are surgeries (Which I wouldn't do at this point) but wonder if there are other things. I tried creams, they do nothing.

Re: Botox for under eye bag??
My friend had surgery with Dr. Greenberg for under eye bags and droopy eye lids.
SHe was very happy with the results. If I remember, I don't think that her recovery was too painful.
She looks years younger.
As far as botox, I don't think it would work for either situation.

Re: Botox for under eye bag??
You'd have to see a doctor about this but I agree with the pp who said Botox probably wouldn't work. I hear a lot of people throwing around the "Botox" phrase and lumping all facial cosmetic procedures as being Botox. From what I understand, Botox sorta freezes muscles and helps get rid of wrinkles, so I'm thinking it wouldn't do much for under eye bags. But I'm not a doctor and I could be wrong.
That said, I'm sure there are things that can be done to help/eliminate this. Definitely see a dermatologist or plastic surgeon!

I am the same. No real wrinkles, no grays, etc, but the one spot I am showing my age is under my eyes. I did consult someone who does under eye and upper eye lids. I may do it in some time. And the upper eye lid is easy to do. A few ladies that worked in the drs office did it. It's very natural and amazing, the results.

I would love to get my upper eye lid done. Mine are starting to drop.

Re: Botox for under eye bag??
Botox won't work for sagging lids. If anything it makes it worse because it relaxes all of the muscles that hold your lids and eyebrows up. The only thing I know of for sagging lids or brows is surgery. I don't know about the surgery for lids, but a brow lift is pretty major.
Botox won't help undereye circles or bags either.
