New teacher welcome note
I'm very involved in the PTA, and will wind up being this teachers class mom. She is new to teaching and new to our school. I would like to write her a little note to introduce myself, and welcome her to the school, and a few words of encouragement as I'm pretty sure this is her first year teaching.
Any thoughts or ideas would be great! Having major brain block

I think you said it. Just introduce yourself, let her know your role in the school and how you see your role as class mom, and that you are "here" to help her. Tell her you look forward to working with her and wish her luck and let her know it will be a successful year. Or something along those lines.

I agree! Sounds perfect. Maybe include a $5 starbucks or dd cards. My son's teachers have a keurig so I try to send in kcups when I can.
