Menu Thread - 9.7.14
Sunday- Going to my cousin's house to help her finish up wedding stuff while our DH's watch football! The boys BBQ'd burgers, hot dogs and ribs, I made tortellini salad.
Monday- DH has requested buffalo chicken nachos and a cheeseburger crescent ring for the Giants first game of the season.
Tuesday- ST Zoodles with Lemon-Garlic Spicy Shrimp
Wednesday- Filet mignon, mashed potatoes and asparagus for our 3 year anniversary. 
Thursday- Grilled chicken topped with spinach, roasted red peppers and mozzarella
Friday- Spicy Quinoa Crusted Chicken
Saturday- My cousin's wedding at Chateau Briand

Menu Thread - 9.7.14
Sunday- Homemade Penne Ala Vodka with Salad
Monday- Beef Stroganoff over rice
Tuesday- Out. It's my twins' forst day of preschool so we want to take them out to dinner.
Wednesday-homemade pizza
Thursday- southwest chicken wraps
Friday-Oven stuffer Chicken with homemade stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, homemade gravy and brussel sprouts
Saturday-Chicken taco bowls

Friday: Penne and Meatballs
Saturday: Duck Burgers stuffed with Appenzeller Cheese with onion marmalade
Sunday: duck burgers (made more than I needed) with onion marmalade and a side of grilled zucchini
Monday: Stuffed Portobellos or Portobello burgers
Tuesday: Truffle salted roast chicken with a veg side
Wednesday: BBQ chicken chili
Thursday: Curried roasted butternut squash soup
Friday and Saturday: No idea. I usually tend to plan from Friday to Thursday.

Sunday: Staying at my parent's house - family is coming over so I'm eating here.
Monday: Having another couple over for the GIANTS GAME!! Making Baked Buffalo Chicken Pasta and ordering wings.
Tuesday: Asian Sesame Chicken Salad Wraps
Wednesday: Back to School night - going to grab dinner with some co-workers.
Not sure about Thursday or Friday yet...
Saturday: Date night with DH  Beef Wellington, mashed potatoes and asparagus...and lots of wine!

Monday: Indian food from a local place that tastes homemade
Tuesday: ziti or lasagna, salad
Weds: ST BBQ chicken chili
Thurs: veggie, bean, cheese quesadillas (WW wrap, veggie sauté, black beans, cheddar jack) with sour cream and guac
Fri: leftovers

Monday: Zucchini pie and salad
Tuesday: Shrimp creole over quinoa
Wednesday: Chicken cutlets, mashed cauliflower, grilled veggies
Thursday: Buffalo chicken burgers with blue cheese slaw, baked zucchini fries
Fri/Sat/Sun: Away all weekend for a wedding

Tuesday - homemade tomato sauce over baked polenta rounds, meatless meatballs, salad
Wednesday - eggplant and snowpea stirfry over TJ's harvest grain blend
Thursday - leftovers from Wednesday? Not sure
Friday - probably ordering in
Saturday - dinner at a friend's house

Ugh - been so busy and haven't been menu planning as much as usual (and am up a few lbs to show for it!). So I am posting here to try to stick to my plan!
Sunday: Turkey burgers on grill and French fries
Monday: Flounder Piccata (Skinnytaste) with brown rice and roasted broccoli
Tuesday: Cream of Zucchini Soup (Skinnytaste) with a roll
Wednesday: Chicken Rolls with Proscuitto and Parmesan (Skinnytaste) with steamed green breans
Thursday: Root beer sloppy joes (Cooking Light) on Kaiser rolls with roasted sweet potato wedges and a side of steamed brussel sprouts
Friday - Taking DS to a birthday party from 6-8, so realistically, I'll probably eat pizza there
Saturday - Out for anniversary dinner!
I also made a batch of no-fat strawberry banana muffins from Sally's Baking Addiction this week... they were good (very moist for a nonfat recipe, because they have a lot of fruit in them).
