Menu Thread - 9.14.14
Sunday: Post-wedding get together with family at my cousin's house.
Monday: Pinot Grigio Chicken with Honey Citrus Glaze, roasted potatoes and asparagus.
Tuesday: Mini Rice Balls and Pasta Di Vinci (Cheesecake Factory Copycat)
Wednesday: Visiting my brother at Jack Duggans in Floral Park for Wing Night.
Thursday: Chicken Pot Pie and biscuits
Friday: Meeting my dad for dinner in the city.
Saturday: Going to my 10-year high school reunion at The Plattdeusche in Franklin Square

Have you been there recently? I went on Friday and it's awesome! I had no idea they turned the whole back into a beer garden - so much fun. Enjoy.

Menu Thread - 9.14.14
Sunday- Potato ham soup, salad, and crescent rolls
Monday- Beef enchiladas, avocado and tomato salad
Tuesday- Ground turkey stroganoff
Wednesday- leftover enchiladas
Thursday- stroganoff leftovers
Friday- Cheeseburger baked potatoes with steamed broccoli
Saturday - DH is out so maybe out with DD

Sunday - Roasted whole chicken on the BBQ - not sure what sides either rice or stuffing, string beans and a salad
Monday - leftovers for DH, late yoga class for me so i'll probably have a lean cuisine or something light when I get home
Tuesday - quesadillas w/ the leftover chicken
Wednesday - Firecracker Shrimp Tacos
Thursday - either take out or Chicken Lazone (PT recipes) depending how the week at work goes
Friday - homemade pizza on the BBQ, salad

Mon- Fried rice with tofu and veggies
Tues- Minestrone soup
Weds- Baked thin chicken cutlets, side garden salad
Thurs- Crockpot meatballs and angel hair pasta, salad
Fri- no kids/out
(We are brining leftovers for lunch)

Sunday - roasted chicken, potatoes, carrots, onion and sting beans
Monday - homemade whole wheat pesto pizza, salad
Tuesday - Steak caesar salad (with arugala instead of romaine)
Wednesday - vegetable chili
Thursday - leftovers
Friday - not sure yet....maybe mini hamburgers and veggies

Menu Thread - 9.14.14
I never know what day I am going to make something, but here is what I've planned on making:
Caprese pasta - pasta tossed in a raw tomato sauce (tomatoes, garlic, balsamic, evoo, s&p), fresh mozz, and tons of basil
Skirt steak with roasted potatoes and zucchini "spaghetti"
Orzo with preserved lemons, kalamatas, spinach, parlsey, tomatoes, and chicken
Maybe a broccoli calzone one night

Sun - did quick sandwiches and sautéed vegetables
Mon - seeing Lorde! I guess a slice of pizza.
Tue - veggie burgers, sautéed veggies, potato salad
Wed - something quick...a bowl of cereal, most likely..
Thu - breakfast for dinner
Fri - ordering in
Sat - have matinee tickets to This is Our Youth...maybe we'll grab something after?

Yes..it's so nice now! We had my FIL's retirement party there back in February and everyone raved about it. The maître D asked us to check out the beer garden after the party and I was so impressed. DH and I have been back a few times since then. Hopefully the reunion is a success!
