Menu Thread - 9.21.14
Sunday: We're having my cousins over for Football Sunday- Buffalo Chicken Taquitos, Spinach Queso with chips, BBQ Beef Cups and Tomato, Mozzarella and Basil Quesadillas.
Monday: Grilled chicken and roasted broccoli
Tuesday: Shrimp stir-fry
Wednesday: Chicken and mushrooms with asparagus
Thursday: Salad topped with grilled salmon
Friday: Cheesy buffalo grilled chicken
Saturday: Out

Sunday: Going to my parents for football so I'm not sure what they are serving
Monday: Baby Lamb Chops w/couscous and asparagus
Tuesday: Sticky Chicken Legs w/ potato salad and tossed salad
Wednesday: Pasta Night! Spaghetti w/ meatballs and Caesar salad
Thursday: Arroz Con Pollo! Yum!
Friday: Pizza Night
Saturday: Asian Night

Sunday- Homemade grilled pizzas
Monday- Swedish meatballs over noodles, steamed broccoli
Tuesday- Curried coconut chicken over brown rice, salad
Wednesday- Roast chicken, potatoes, and carrots
Thursday- Chicken chili with salad
Friday- out at ILs
Saturday- out

Sunday: Homemade lasagne and sauce
Monday: Leftovers
Tuesday: Chicken Soup
Wednesday: Grilled Strip Steaks, Green salad, asparagus
Thursday: Taco Night
Friday: Brickoven Pizzas

Sunday - Chicken tacos
Monday - Garlic-Herb Pork Loin Roast with roasted potatoes and steamed brussel sprouts
Tuesday - Slow Cooker Creamy Tomato Soup (Skinny Taste) with toasted whole wheat English muffins
Wednesday - I have late appointments, so probably leftovers
Thursday - Shrimp over Cheesy Grits (WW recipe) with side of steamed broccoli
Friday - We may go apple picking, if weather cooperates, so we'll probably eat out east
Saturday - TBD

Oh yeah, I just started menu planning again so I can hop on here to keep track and get ideas!
This week
Mon: Kielbasa and sauerkraut, polenta, carrots
Tues: Pasta/sauce and stringbeans
Wed: Chicken Enchiladas with Spanish rice and Broccoli
Thurs: Homemade meatless Chili with garlic bread
Fri: BBQ Pork tostadas with Asian slaw (cabbage, carrots, bok choy)
We eat out Sat and Sunday
