oil delivery: price lock & price cap?
We've always locking in our our delivery price, but we're thinking about going with the price cap option. Does anyone have any good or bad experience with this? Does every delivery end up being the highest price, or does it actually cost less sometimes?

I would never do this because there is no public statistic that dictates what the "market" price should be. The oil companies would just jack this up. Either lock for a year or COD for me only.
