please come in if you use vinyl lettering?
I ordered vinyl lettering from etsy and put them on plastic cups I got from the dollar tree to use as party favors. The vendor said they are just peel and stick. It worked great...... BUT it seems like I could just peel these stickers right off again. Won't they just come off when the cups are washed? Is there something I can or should do to make sure they stay on?
TIA!!!

Re: please come in if you use vinyl lettering?
When I've done vinyl lettering on kids' tumblers, I always hand wash the items just to be safe. Even after a few years, the letters still stay on. I don't know what type of vinyl the etsy vendor gave you, but hopefully it was outdoor vinyl. Like someone mentioned in your other post, make sure you do not leave any air bubbles when you smooth the letters on the cup. I hope they turned out cute!

Thank you for you responses!!!
I did contact the vendor and she said she uses permanent outdoor vinyl, so it should be fine. I did use a hairdryer to heat them letters slightly and it seemed to help.
Thank yoU!!!

Vinyl peels right off, but it will stay on when run through the dishwasher. I have labeled cups in the past, lunch boxes, etc. and all were washed and the labels never peeled off unless I manually did it.
