Who could fix this
During the rain yesterday I realized water is running down the side of my house in 2 spots. In only these 2 spots, it's not like the rain was coming on an Angle.
Does a gutter company need to look at this?
It's been happening a long time starting to damage the brick.
Not sure why my inspection didn't notice :(

Yes a gutter cleaning company. If it's damaging your brick you may also need to have the brick repointed by a mason.

Who could fix this
When was the last time you had your gutters cleaned? Mine tend to get loose as they need cleaning, and tightening is part of the cleaning regimen. However, some may be broken/ etc. CAll them ASAP!!

Most likely the gutters need to be cleaned or repaired. The inspector would not notice if it a wasn't raining...
