Menu Thread - 10.19.14
Sunday - Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches and fries.
Monday - Late night at work, ordered pizza.
Tuesday - Guacamole Stuffed Chicken with salad
Wednesday - Baked Parmesan Pork Chops, baked potatoes and broccoli
Thursday - Chicken breast with Honey Balsamic glaze
Friday - Grilled Cheesy Buffalo Chicken
Saturday - Flank Steak Pinwheels, mashed potatoes and Crispy Parmesan Asparagus

Sat: out to eat - Chinese dim sum
Sun: leftovers - Chicken fiorentina
Monday: Manicotti with broccoli
Tuesday: Lasagna with turkey
Wednesday: leftovers
Thursday: turkey burgers, fries and veggie
Friday: stuffed peppers or english muffin pizza's
Saturday: out to eat somewhere

A - you always have the yummiest sounding recipes!
Saturday - Cod fish with a side salad
Sunday - Escarole and bean soup for lunch, white pizza with red peppers for dinner
Monday - Grilled chicken Greek salad wraps
Tuesday - Breakfast for dinner - egg white spinach and pepper omelets with a side of some kind of potato
Wednesday - Turkey chili
Thursday - Chicken and pepper saute, mashed potatoes and sauteed broccoli
Friday - Some kind of pasta dish

Sunday: homemade pumpkin ravioli in a butter sage sauce
Monday:Skinnytaste Asian marinated flank steak skewers with a side of crash hot potatoes
Tuesday: Buffalo chicken chili
Wednesday: Black bean burgers with avocado and chipotle mayo
Thursday: picking up our car after waiting 2 1/2 months! Making something quick- pumpkin Alfredo pasta
Friday: Shrimp pot pie
Saturday: driving to Tyrol region (northern Italy) for an overnight. Hoping to have some lovely ham and cheese and wine

Sunday- ST spaghetti squash primavera with chicken
Monday- Chicken broccoli and rice casserole
Tuesday- Breaded pork chops with butternut squash risotto
Wednesday- leftovers
Thursday- Lemon chicken, roasted asparagus, baked potatoes
Friday- leftovers hopefully
Saturday- pizza and salad

Monday: ST quinoa enchilada bake
Tuesday: homemade ground turkey sauce with spaghetti squash for me and maybe pasta for kids
Wednesday: moroccan chickpea lentil soup
Thursday: teriyaki noodle bowls
Friday: DD has a fall festival at school
Saturday: sisters for dinnner
*If dish has no veggies i always serve salad or other raw cut up veggies on the side.

Hopping on late this week! Fairly uninspired week for me. Lots going on.
Sunday - vegetable lo mein
Monday - Skinnytaste's potato broccoli soup with marble rye toast
Tuesday - leftover soup and a garden salad
Wednesday - sandwiches and fries
Thursday - sandwiches and something on the side
Friday - taking MIL out for dinner
Saturday - will be in Sesame Place with my awesome niece!
