This will be our last so we want to tell them in a special way. I need ideas please.

I know someone who set the whole family up for a family photograph with the auto button. Then just as it was about to click she told them she was pregnant. Got all their reactions on film.

Not sure how far along you are or when you want to tell, but with the holidays coming up there are plenty of cute ideas:
Halloween - decorate pumpkins for you, DH, and your kids and then an extra for the new baby
Thanksgiving - we always go around the table and say what we're thankful for (MIL's idea). I'd say "I'm thankful that our family is about to expand by one more!"
Christmas - I'd give everyone picture frame ornaments with a soon pic saying "Baby X is due xxx"

I was planning on having everyone over for dinner / bbq and then serve dessert and coffee on these baby themed plates and coffee cups I found at dollar tree.

This is what I did but I told them I was taking a pic and I actually had t set on video. I said at the count of 3 to say, N is pregnant and they all just kind of paused and then started screaming. It's hysterical to replay the video and watch everyone's faces and confusion

we did this but on video (told them it was a picture)
