Anyone ever move the laundry room from basement to 2nd floor?
I so want to do this. I hate walking up and down the stairs with the laundry.
I know there is the risk of leaking,etc..I have a closet right next to the bathroom that can be used.
Any idea what this could run price wise?

Anyone ever move the laundry room from basement to 2nd floor?
The house I bought has the washer next to the master. There is a pan and a hose so if it leaks it will drain to the basement. Im not really worried about it.

I was considering this for when we do the blow-out but I, too, was concerned about the leaking. We have another 5 or 6 years before we are ready to do the blow-out though, so I still have a lot of time to consider it.
