NasaFlo Neti Pot?
I've been suffering pretty badly with allergies and sinus headaches. Is it safe to use the NasaFlo neti pot? It says the sinus rinse is all natural but the warnings and instructions say nothing about whether it's safe or not.

I did. Just make sure u use DISTILLED water!

Thanks for the responses. I'm going to give it a shot. The instructions say bottled water is fine..but should I stick to only distilled or boiled (cooled) water?

My OB was like "DO IT!" you can use table salt if you're not comfortable with their mix. I can't live without it

Ever since I read about the people dying from brain infection from the netipot ive been too scared. Simply saline has a spray that can be used as a rinse

NasaFlo Neti Pot?
I tried the neti pot a few days okay. It was a temporary relief. It was so strange doing it. Definitely very uncomfortable using one. I'm still congested so IDK what to do.
