Unique Dining Experience Suggestions
I feel like I've been to all the local (Sayville/Bayport) restaurant spots. There are some awesome ones, but I"m looking for something different for my birthday. Suffolk county, not Italian. What is your favorite restaurants? Fancy is okay by me. ;)

Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton
Kitchen , A bistro in St. James
Shandon Court in East Islip (not unique per se but very good)

I am a fan of Tula Kitchen in Bay Shore. Never had had a bad meal there.

I think my favorite dining experiences have been at Maroni in Northport and Mosaic in St. James.
