Fluctuation of symptoms?
Around the time I got my positive beta I felt like I had the most symptoms... I was severely tired, nauseous throughout the day had bad food aversions, dizziness and tender breasts. Now I'm 5 1/2 weeks and my nausea has been gone for a few days, my appetite grew which I'm happy Abt and my only real symptoms are severe breast tenderness, fatigue at times and lower back pain. Don't get me wrong I'm thrilled that I could actually tolerate the site and taste of food now but in a way it makes me nervous that I don't have as many symptoms as I did in the beginning. Do the symptoms typically come and go?

Re: Fluctuation of symptoms?
In general, 5.5 weeks is really early to feel any symptoms - and even earlier is even less likely. Your hormones are only starting to really get high, which is what causes symptoms.
During my first pregnancy, I had no symptoms until 6.5 weeks when nausea began, followed by extreme tiredness. I'm now 11 weeks with my 2nd and have hardly had any symptoms at all. A few days of nausea here and there, but that's it. Basically, every woman and every pregnancy is different. You can't really go by symptoms. As long as you're not bleeding and cramping, there's probably nothing to worry about.

Yes they come and go. I told myself this time around I wouldn't worry (I still did). Literally one day to the next is different for me even at 12 weeks. Some days I have no symptoms, other days the nausea is back, or a headache, or tired. My symptoms started right around 6 weeks this time around but definitely vary day to day
