Best time of year for sales
For the experienced sale shopper: what do you think is the best time of year to get bargains? I am looking for winter clothes like sweaters, turtle necks and sweater dresses.

After Christmas. I feel like all the winter stuff is significantly reduced after the holidays.

Right before and right after are the best times. Right after Christmas I remember putting out the first bits of the spring clothes though...so don't wait too long.

Right now Bloomies has 40% off markdowns. Plus they have something calked mystery cash. It a little card they scan and you can save an additional 20-40% off. I spent about $175 today, but my receipt showed my savings from the original prices to be $435
