anyone had this during the first few weeks of pregnancy? bleeding (period like) with a positive home pregnancy test? TIA

I had some bleeding when I got my BFP at 10dpo, thought i was starting my period. I also had some bleeding at 9.5 weeks but my doctor doesn't know what caused it.
