pastry platter: like mini cannolis and eclairs?
chocolate platter: truffles, chocolate mints, chocolate covered fruit, other little chocolate candies?
some sort of cupcake?

I like to make a homemade chocolate cream pie with fresh whipped cream. I use the King Arthur's Flour recipe. Delicious!

Chocolate cake. My mom makes an outrageous cake that's cheesecake on the bottom and then chocolate cake on the top.

I don't celebrate but you can put out assorted broken up pieces of chocolates, dark, milk, M &M, chocolate dipped pretzels, Ice cream or pudding, rice pudding

Thanks for the ideas.
I already make chocolate covered stuff. Prtzels, Oreos, bark etc.
I think I may do Cannolis. I've made those before and they are awesome!!!!! Lol
