Honey balls
I made these last night. The balls were good. The syrup harden a lot. I cooked the honey sugar and lemon juice until It was foaming. But once sitting out it was like hard candy. Any suggestions?

Honey balls
I don't cook it until it foams, just till it's really liquidy and combined. I use a very low heat.

do you have a good recipe? I did not like the way the balls I made came out last year. Still going back and forth about trying again this year....

We just cover it with karo syrup lol. That and a few sprinkles on top. Delicious!!

That should say giadas. Lol. From food network. They came out so good today. I cooked the honey less and it's perfect!!!! So happy
