Freaking Out- update
Dr Trivax has me switch from PIO to suppositories. I woke up this morning to go to the bathroom and their was bright red blood when I wiped. Freaked out I grabbed a suppository and began to insert figuring its from the switch of PIO to suppositories.
I called the emergency line they have me coming in for blood and sonogram.
This shit is scary
Update:
So my blood work came back fine. My beta is 2800, p4 is 20 and e2 782. They don't know why I had the bleed this morning but it's gone(went from bright red to dark brown within a couple of hours). I go back in a week for another sono. I will try to not think about it. Oh and I'm back on the PIO! Ouch.

He said that when he switched me that he prefers the suppositories on frozen cycles. I'm the opposite and prefer PIO.

Bright red blood is fresh and close to the source. It's probably from irritating your cervix from the suppositories. I know it's scary but your bean is probably safe and snuggly in there. Gl at the scan. I'm sure you will get peace of mind...I know it's scary tho.

What worries me is I just started the suppositories last night so to have the bleed next morning has me freaked. I can see if it's over time of using it but the next morning.

I would be less worried bc you just started, like that has to be the link. Your cervix is so tender in pregnancy and the suppos. could have irritated you or you could have even scratched yourself.

You can always talk to your dr and request to go back on pio. It shouldn't be much longer anyway.

I just saw a gestational sac and the start of a yolk sac. They also saw a small subchoronic hematoma. They don't know what the bleeding is from but it's brown now.
I just came out Dr Lydic office who said it could be from the switch of PIO to suppositories you get a drop in progesterone since it's absorbed differently. I will probably go back on the PIO just waiting for blood work results to determine what's what.

Dr Lydic also said since I'm on Lovenox and baby Asprin any bleeding or spotting I have may be red since they are both blood thinners

Try not to worry. I had bright red bleeding with both pregnancies and was never on supps. It's just the way my body is, and it's "normal" for me...it could quite likely be nothing.
